Authenticity & Warranty of Our S925 Charms

Q: Can you guarantee that your charms are true S925 silver?

A: While we strive to ensure our charms are of the highest quality, we cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that they are true S925 due to the complexities in our supply chain. However, we assure you that our warranty covers any blemishes, cuts, deep scratches, or scarring that may naturally occur during normal use and reveal this. Just send the charm to us for replacement or remastering!

Q: What does your warranty cover?

A: Our warranty covers any and all blemishes, cuts, deep scratches, or scarring. In some cases, we even offer replacement of stones lost from their settings within our charms, within reason, from normal daily use. We will replace or remaster our product.

Q: How do you handle defects in charms?

A: If you encounter any defects, please contact our customer service team. We will assess the issue and provide a solution, which may include repair, or replacement, depending on the situation.

Nano Ceramic Coating Protection

Q: What is nano ceramic coating and how does it benefit the charms?

A: Nano ceramic coating is a protective layer applied directly to the silver (or silver plating) of our charms and bracelets. It prevents tarnishing, color changes, oxidation, and environmental reactions, prolonging durability against sweat, stains, and general wear and tear during normal use.

A: No, the ceramic coating is transparent and enhances the durability without affecting the visual appeal of the charms. In fact, in many cases it increases the luster and shine of our beautiful creations!

NFTs and NFC NFT Buttons (NIFFNIFFs)

Q: What is an NFT and how do they relate to your charms?

A: An NFT (Non-Fungible Token) is a digital asset that represents ownership of a unique item, in this case, our charms. Each charm purchased comes with a corresponding NFT, minted and supplied to the buyer within 2-4 weeks of the original purchase date.

Q: What are NFC NFT buttons or 'NIFFNIFFs'?

A: NIFFNIFFs are special buttons that feature the NFT image of your charm and include an RFID NFC sticker underlay, making the button scannable and interactive. These buttons are limited in quantity and add to the collectibility of our charms.

Q: Do all charm purchases include an NFC button?

A: No, not all charm purchases come with an NFC button. These buttons are limited and only included with certain purchases, making them even more collectible.

Q: What happens if I don't claim my NFT?

A: If an NFT is not claimed by the purchaser, it will be kept by the 'house,' and rights to the NFT are forfeited. The house/seller reserves the right to sell the NFT at their discretion. Wherein the 'house' is Coastal Charm Creators, the business.

Q: Will not claiming an NFT affect the charm's warranty?

A: No, not claiming an NFT will not affect the warranty of the charm. The warranty starts the moment the charm arrives at the buyer's shipping destination or is picked up in person by the buyer.

Q: Will there be collector's edition charms with NFC buttons in the future?

A: Yes, we plan to release collector's edition charms that will come with NFC buttons as part of a package. These editions will be specially curated and highly collectible.
